Norm is the Head of School at Sage Ridge School in Reno and his wife Susan, is the librarian and also a spanish teacher at Sage Ridge. I had a wonderful afternoon taking photos of Norm and Susan at their home and also at Sage Ridge School.

Thanks to the Colb Family for their participation in the magazine! Saints of the WestRecently I took on a small part time job....official pooper scooper for Saints of the West Rescue! No, this is not a joke, I am totally serious! Lori and Ken, who own and run the rescue needed some help keeping the dog kennels clean and I stepped up for the job. I got my dog Kiwi, from Saints of the West last year and I have enjoyed helping out the rescue with their Santa Photo fundraiser. While scooping poo is not the most glamorous of jobs, I enjoy getting to visit with the dogs every week. It is fun getting to know them and their personalities! They love the attention and the biscuits I bring them. And now that I am out at the rescue every week I can take portraits of all the dogs to be used Petfinder, the website and Facebook! Without further ado here are my new friends.....all currently available for adoption! Jade...an older girl, but very sweet and loving!
Buddy....smart boy! Knows sit and paw!
Pal....an old guy but still full of energy! Loves biscuits and attention.
Misty.... big loving girl!
Roxy....loves hoarding her biscuits on her bed!
Mandy...a little ball of energy and very smart!
Trulley....a TV star! Really....she was on the news with Kiwi in December. Trulley loves to get attention and love!
Calle....another smart girl...she knows sit and paw for a treat!
Another Callie! She is new to the rescue....a little bundle of energy always bouncing around her kennel!
Benny....he and Willow came in together and need to be adopted out as a pair. They are both new to the rescue. Benny is a big boy but very gentle and mellow!
Willow....happy little girl...does a cute little dance when I visit her!
Not pictured is Tiny....he has been too excited to get his photo taken yet! But I'll be working with him and hopefully will have his photo soon!
