Ever year there is a big parade in Carson City for Nevada Day! For those of you who don't know what Nevada Day is you can read the history here! This year I got to be a part of the parade along with my husband Jason and our dog Kiwi! The rescue we got her from, Saints of the West, marches in the parade every year with happy rescued Saint Bernards! I am the volunteer photographer for Saints of the West and enjoyed capturing all the fun moments of the parade! My mom made all the dogs bandanas and they looked so cute marching down the street in them!

First adventure of the day was getting to our staging location! That's a lot of slobbery dogs folks!

Resting up before the parade started!

Missy decided it was best to rest during the parade too and rode in the trailer the whole way!

Please Like Saints of the West on Facebook!

This Bella's Mom and her service dog! We love all dogs at Saints of the West!

I even escaped from behind the camera for a few minutes!

Sally Saint Bernard was on hand to entertain the crowd!

Did you Like Saints of the West on Facebook yet? Missy is begging you to Like us! Slobbery Kisses!

Kiwi's favorite part of the parade was getting to hang out with Bruin......she likes him!
