Thanks for stopping by...please check back often for updates on recent shoots and photo adventures in the Reno/Tahoe area! =) Nevada Day ParadeEver year there is a big parade in Carson City for Nevada Day! For those of you who don't know what Nevada Day is you can read the history here! This year I got to be a part of the parade along with my husband Jason and our dog Kiwi! The rescue we got her from, Saints of the West, marches in the parade every year with happy rescued Saint Bernards! I am the volunteer photographer for Saints of the West and enjoyed capturing all the fun moments of the parade! My mom made all the dogs bandanas and they looked so cute marching down the street in them! First adventure of the day was getting to our staging location! That's a lot of slobbery dogs folks!

If you live in the Reno area and would like to meet some of these Saints please come to Petco on Northtowne lane this Saturday (11/16) from 9am-2pm! We will be having a bake/craft sale and also selling T-shirts, water bottles and koozies to raise money for Saints of the West Rescue! It will be slobber-ific! The Noel FamilyThe fall colors were beautiful this year in Reno! I was able to take family portraits of my fellow BNI member Chris and his family during the peak of the fall colors. Chris and his wife Melissa run The Furniture Department and recently Melissa's sister Traci and son Rob moved out west to join the team! Traci is also starting a baking company.....she sends samples of her delicious treats each with to BNI with Chris! They were a great family to work with and even the dogs came along and got in on the fun!

Thanks to the Santos Family for their participation in the magazine! Mann MortgageLast spring I did headshots for my fellow BNI member Cory at Mann Mortgage. This fall he had me come back for an employee who missed the previous shoot and also to do a group photo of everyone in the office. The Khosla FamilyI had the opportunity to photograph the Khosla family again a couple of weeks ago. Blair's dad was visiting and they wanted family photos with him!
